PLEASURECRAFT HONORED FOR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

LITTLE MOUNTAIN, SC (February 17, 2017) – Yesterday the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) awarded Pleasurecraft Engine Group with the 2017 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The award for excellence in customer satisfaction was announced yesterday morning during the Innovation Breakfast at the 2018 Progressive® Insurance Miami International Boat Show®

 

The NMMA CSI Award honors boat and engine manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine between January 1 through December 31, 2017.
